Cancellation & Changes

We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled tour. Cancel within this timeframe and receive a full refund, no questions asked. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable.

Yes! Date changes are free if made at least 48 hours before your original tour date, subject to availability. Contact us with your booking reference and preferred new date.
In the rare event we need to cancel due to weather, safety concerns, or insufficient participants, you'll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to another date. We'll notify you as early as possible.

Tour Details & Logistics

Most tours include convenient hotel pickup from major areas in Crete (Heraklion, Chania, Rethymno, Agios Nikolaos). The exact pickup time and location will be confirmed in your booking confirmation email.
Each tour page lists specific items to bring. Generally: comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, hat, water bottle, camera, and some cash for personal expenses. For hiking tours, proper footwear is essential.
This varies by tour - check the 'What's Included' section on each tour page. Some tours include lunch or snacks, while others provide free time for you to enjoy meals at local tavernas (typically €10-15).
All our tours are conducted in English by default. Greek-speaking guides are available for most tours. For other languages (German, French, Italian), please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
Many tours are family-friendly! Each tour page specifies age restrictions and suitability. Generally, boat tours and cultural excursions are great for families, while strenuous hikes have minimum age requirements (usually 8-12 years).
We keep groups small for a more personal experience - typically 8-15 people maximum. Private tours for just your group can also be arranged.

Safety first! If weather conditions are unsafe, we'll reschedule your tour or provide a full refund. Most tours operate rain or shine with appropriate gear, but extreme weather may require cancellation.
